No. It’s not Mayfair Dad’s birthday or Father’s Day but he is very special and I don’t always manage to make him feel it.
So this poem is an apology for being perfect only some of the time (!) and a promise to try harder just for him.

To My Husband Thanks for being my best friend, for nearly half my life,Thanks for being brave enough to take me as your wife, I’m really glad you’ve been there through the good times and the bad,
And I just can’t begin to thank you for our gorgeous little lad. While sometimes as his Mummy I can get in quite a flap,
With your support I know we’ll raise a proper little chap. So here’s to you my darling man you make me very glad,
You really are my favourite guy and a truly awesome Dad!
